No sooner have I started to plan a summer wardrobe when a smattering of AW11 lookbooks land on my desk ; and it's a whole new wave of distraction/envy/winter wardrobe planning.
Im literally gasping with excitement at Toppers' latest offerings. The high street emporium never fails to disappoint and with their 'Psycobilly' and 'Glam Rock' collections, they are leading the way in adopting this season's tougher approach to fashion.

Backstage at Dolce and Gabbana
Dolce and Gabbana took adrogynous dressing to a new level with their Victor-esque collection. Think oversized tailoring, drainpipes and brogues for an all-new masculine/feminine mix.
And for those in touch with their girly side, I'm loving this 40s inspired dress. As all style cognoscentis will know, this quirky update on florals is taken straight from Jonathan Saunder's epic catwalk. Budget JS - er yes please.
But as for my personal shopping list (some of which are coming into store next week *chaos guaranteed* ) ;

Kate Moss sported them at Glastonbury. And where Moss goes, Topshopettes will follow.

I love animal heads. I love sequins. And I love this Givenchy-inspired panther embossed sweater.

In case I need to add a little colour to my funeral wardrobe

A little dalmation print will go a long way for a style statement
And there you have it. Philip Green, I am literally going to throw money at you this winter. With Vogue's Kate Phelan set to join as Topshop's new Creative Director, this style leading heavyweight looks to set to reign.
